Please wake up shareholders

They say it in black and while in the deal. If shareholders do not vote yes, 40 % of LFD's interest will return to The Kurs without compensation. You have to change this sentence before Genel can ...more

I would assume that this was a strategic setup by the KRG to get LFD out and bring in a major player Genel since they are interested in increasing their blocks. This way the screws were placed on LFD ...more

It is because Genel does not know what the vote will be, and besides Petoil also owe 20%, Genel 20%,and LFD 40%. Everybody knew there is oil there. LFD could contact another oil company. You can not ...more

I have still yet to get my LFD proxy

unreal.... I own thousands of shares and have still yet to get carp.  I have several brokerages but this was done thru Scottrade.

If the no wins, unfortunately LFD is in no position to negotiate anything. And if the 40 %  goes back to The Kurds. Genel will deal with the Kurs and probably get the 40% for free. Shareholders ...more
