For what it's worth, the market isn't necessarily saying Nickel 28 is worth about 20-30 cents. It's saying that here is a real risk that the deal gets rejected and shares drop back to 3.5 ...more

Im Wondering Why

No other offers have come up ? They just reduced the fee to 7.5M so why not any other competing offer ? Cobalt has also pulled back a bit again at 34,500.
