I don't know if it will happen. But who could do it: Any big canadian bank RY, CM, BNS, TD and BMO. Even NA could do it if you leave them some time to digest their current purchase. LB is small

LB is at least trying to resolve their problematic issues. Better than doing nothing. This bank is one of the oldest and I believe it still has some life left. JMHO!
