What are the big reasons/risk that have caused this company to be this cheap? Balance sheet certainly looks like it deserves better....whats the catch?

Talked to roger. A new/updated website is in works, drilling on several properties starting this summer, not sure exactly when, company keeps buying up more land. They added Jody a top notch ...more

They got a good deal on EPL lands

and with Dahrouge doing geology for them makes them even stronger. I hope they use some of their 4 million in cash to acquire more land at bargain basement pricing. Gold and Uranium are 2 sectors that ...more

Jody was in v.fcu and knows the area better then most. Lk.v has a massive land package and with him on board he might know the goods are in the ground. Very exciting times coming to Lakeland ...more

Much of the insider buing is by Jody Dahrouge, VP Exploration Director of Commerce Resources and also the Director of this company LK. Has a degree in Geology so he must know what's going on.
