Keep the faith friend. I am still in because it is way cheaper than wall paper at this point. In my mind I have assumed it is a total loss and the only surprise possible is a positive one.

i belive they cant close the financing with out shareholders approval, that was to be voted on during the Nov 20th meeting that is indefinitely postponed.
