What's next?

My take is that the Class action will continue to pursue the underwriters. I think the SEC will do what the SEC does in these cases, and likely have a administrative law judge start the revocation ...more

There has not been any movement or filings with the court since 1/13/15. Looks to me like everyone is waiting for the mediation hearing, coming up next week, assuming everything is still on schedule.
