Result for Q2 not bad- revenue and NOI up. AFFO  down ,now below 100% -96 %, occupancy tick up-93.9%

IMO there is much more to consider than the Income Statement. The Cash Flow Statement is much more useful because depreciation is a non cash expense (for tax purposes only). Current debt, avg. lease ...more

14million loss is a hard pill to swallow. Makes you want to hesitate at adding, are we seeing mismanagement like SOT now?
