Issue closed at TD. Trading seems really controlled.  High of 6.41 - Low of 6.40 same as issue price.

Issue is still open - big offering and very close to the other one. Pure Family REIT did the same thing and is well below the new issue price.  I think this will drop to around 6.20 or so - good ...more

Thanks - I have been a holder since it was in the 3's.  If it drops - will pick up some tomorrow - buying tomorrow will also qualify it for the July dividends.  GLTA

When they did the share issue in March, the price dropped from around $6.20 to about $6 which was the new issue price. But it recovered and went even higher just a few weeks later. Hopefully, we' ...more

If the deals are accreative then the money raised is well used. How do you propose they grow without equity isssues. REITS have to pay out 90%.
