Is it just me or does 7.20% seem a little high in today's rate enviroment? And the issuer has the right to call the notes in 10 years? Does ALA have the right to redeem the notes in 10 years?

l do advice you to invest a lot in THCH, if you put 100k$ in thch to day, that should give you atleast 1000000% in 3 years time, maybe more 2m, its an golden opportunity, its better than 6/49.
