I Saw This On Facebook AOI Group From July 31st

The transaction between AOI and Eco seems like a horrible deal for AOI. Assigning a value of C$11MM to 1% of 3b/4b implies a value for the two entire blocks of C$1.1 billon. That’s nuts! If this was ...more

One year ago, on Sep 05 2023, AOI was at 3.31. We are now 45% lower. This is shocking.  Even before the Venus find the stockprise was over 2 Dollar. Today 1.81

It is unclear to me what will Prime's total debt will look like when it closes.  That is my only real concern.  Timing of the Impact close is immaterial imo.
