What gives to the poor performance of this stock lately. Despite analyst predictions the SP keeps slipping.

Check out our he analysis done & posted on seeking alpha.  The real question is why it isn't taken Private and reengineered for considerably more than current valuation.

You got me. A shorter on a board with 2 posts per month. What values do you see for the new companies? I thought Bausch Eye is 60%.  Valuations are ridiculous. Good news does not help.
