The Companies that own 79% of catalyst are hedge funds, they are not individuals. they buy distressed companies that have big capital value and then work at unlocking this value. I did some research ...more

How did you know on May 19th 2016 that there was going to be a buy out LOI? and you bought some you said. Interesting. An offer at six bucks when regular trading price ranged from 45 cents to 59 cents ...more
