I stand corrected as of today after all options were exercised there are 238,434,934 out-standing common shares.

Have a look at the lat balance sheet. Also there are 238,017,000 outstanding shares as of Sept .30.2012 after mary mary quite contrary exercised her remaining options. No obtions remain for ...more

I stand corrected. Gold One escrow is only 5 mil, but debentures only get 4.5 mil. My parade is in full swing as my 800k sharews have a 1/2 cent cost. I win no matter what happens now.
