I like MR.un as it over 50% owned by Melcor Development that is doing well in these uncertain times.  And Melcor Development (MRD/TSX) is widely held by the Melton Group......Happy to collect ...more

What's not to like?  Low volume because it's a small REIT however, that works both ways.  Being a small reit, and having a controlling shareholder means that the $0.04/month ...more

Just added to my watchlist

Share buyback, undervalued, nice 7% dividend.  The payout ratio is low on the downside looks to be focused just on AB.  I see some familar posters here also.  Cheers Charlie.

Any predictions on when Melcor will bump up the distribution again? The last quarterly report has AFFO payout ratio at an anemic 55%. I would like to see the distribution go from $0.42/year to $0.57 ...more

FFO of .24. for 1 year .96. It should be trading atleast 12 * .96 = 11+
