Good to see. As expected debt down to zero. Perhaps less expected was an immediate return to (modest) dividends. - ~2.6% based on today's SP, plus a bonuns 2% one-time payout.

Yes. Debt level should be zero by the end of this quarter so definitely share buybacks and most likely a dividend. I hope it is a reinstatement of a quarterly dividend but they may elect

I have kind of wondered why PSD took so long to get to this level. It is kind of a perfect hedge. If oil and gas prices are high, they get lots of business selling existing surveys.

Q4 and 2020 Results - starting to look up!
They had a decent 4th Quarter given the pandemic. Long-term debt terms renegotiated, with LT debt down from 31.5M at start of 2020 to 27.7M at end of year. A further 7.8M paid down in Jan.
