Monday is potentially the last day SOT.UN units will trade.  Since there has been no further extension of the delisting deadline it looks unlikely this will change on Monday.  I am unclear ...more

The float of 80 million is irrelevant - what matters is the market cap of those shares, vs your prediction of their fair value after restructuring.   Which monthly dividends are you referring to? ...more

What is surprising is that the debentures are sinking and there appears to be a big selloff, yet the units are staying steady at 40 cents.  One would think that with the approaching delisting ...more

Debentures should be fine.  Every employer is asking to return to office. Most of the employees are working hybrid or 100% office. I do see occupany going up.
