Peekaboo has 33 centers in GTA and BPE is buying 20 centers in Halton & Peel regions. These 20 centers will also operate under Peekaboo name. Is 1M franchise fee BPE will pay to Peekaboo to use

Apparently the Peekaboo purchase includes 11 additional franchise centres that pay just under $1M in fees to Peekaboo which would accrue to BPE after closing of the purchase. Collectively, that is.

Results
Given the layoffs in AB, they are surprisingly good. Anybody who was expecting an improvement y/y is not realistic or not aware of the layoffs. Very few companies who are reliant on Western Canada
