this is very possible and maybe that why somebody is holding share price from going higher so $0.40 will make investors happy to accept....but buyer could be some other party also....games they play

my guess is investors were waiting to unload their positions with some bids. they want out of the gold sector at whatever price, they just couldn't do it with the bids Calico had before at .08 .10

what's wrong?
discount to proposed deal is just too big, so we must ask question WHY!!! The deal looks solid on the paper, but market is discounting BIG WAY!!!!! Any idea WHY?

to me its better to hold at this price. 30M should be worth .50 . even if Calico was to issue a dividend of 20M it should be .40. The offer should be pretty solid and should get shareholder approval.
