if the merger is voted down and ER is sold?  On pg 42 (u) it says we have 62.2mil of debt. How much of that will be repayed because of the ER sale? If all is paid back we will be debt free with ...more

Joe, you are correct on the 35% - 40% dividend pay out ratio, but with the $80 to $90 million expected 12 month capital expenditures, this results in a 100%-115% overall payout ratio. In plain english ...more
