Nonsense. Firstly, the restaurant industry is vastly different pre-and post-pandemic. The price immediately prior to COVID, reflecting short-term issues, is not a reliable guide of future value.  ...more

The SP is almost at the same level as pre-pendamic. It need to be not too far away from the original dividend.

There is a buyer out there

There are bid orders in for over 20,000 units currently if anyone would be willing to sell for $7.78.  Others willing to sell (over 6000 units) if they can get $8.30.  But likely in the ...more

AGM Results

All nominees were elected wtith 98% or more in favour - not a huge surprise. Kudos to Rob for asking a question at the meeting, even if the answer was not satisfactory.

I am with Flamingo on this one, but I am very conscious of my personal circumstances - I only had a relatively modest holding pre-COVID, and sold early on as it was clear a recovery would be lengthy ...more
