No rebound for NWH

Literally was $5.00 on Friday and sunk every day to $4.34. CAD reit sector has been flat during this period.  Abslutely stunning 15% loss in 1 week

I would say anonymous is spitting out shares like no tomorrow presusing unit price.  what does he know?   is it a big stakeholder with ltos of shares, a short seller?     ...more

Yeah I get they have high leverage and yields have moved back up but I have never seen such a consistent daily underperformance AFTER  a steep dividend cut and on no news.  truly has me ...more

REIT sector has moved sideways but a bit down from the highs and the average REIT lost about 5% during this time.  -19% for NWH, seriously eh

SOMETHING STINKS HERE

Support levels not even holding. Reits move up or go green this one moves down more.  Suspect some traders are in the know or getting softened for a takeout.  Ridiculous

3rd day in a row its been outpacing CAD reit sector losses by 2-3x.  Truly remarkable the weakenss at this stage in the macro cycle

The activist fund that owns NWH said for many times they were interested in taking the UK porfolio to the deleveraging....I assume they would offer close to NAV.  In addition september PR ...more

Lots of REITS managed to execute well in this "economic context" just like at FCR reit which has rallied 30% already to 52 week highs.  I can only hope the review is making signficant ...more

Anonymous likely short selling this like crazy

lots of downward pressure this trader is probably spitting out shares dumping it non stop past few days.  worst reit on TSX for 2 days in a row.  wild man
