A rate cut by B of C didn't amount to much. Not much was possible on a day when major NY markets are tanking seriously.

Contingencies have clearly not been sufficient. It's an additional reserve fund to reduce fluctuations in earnings which are weighting on the EBITDA multiples that shareholders are willing to pay.

Yes and i am hopeful the contract structure will not expose parties to the types of losses taken by Aecon on these LSTKs. I think the industry has gotten wise.
