Bombardier doesn't need to pay spirit for belfast division. Bombardier doesn't need to buy Belfast, as much as Boeing/spirit need to get rid of Belfast from their core Boeing business

Spirit have been lossing money on all divisions. This is why AB is buying its work from Spirit for $1 and getting $559 million from Spirit to make up for the loss. Bombardier should also buy it
