This CEO is immature, doesnt know how to do business. He got lucky in his previous venture, nothing else otherwise this stock would not be trading at such a low price. CEO needs to be replaced.

 Shake out right into the low 2's then a big buy waiting right at the bottom. Not really manipulation in my eyes, but someone is triggering stops and accumulating large amounts of shares.
