Spyglass now has no choice but to eliminate it's dividend and accelerate paying down it's debt or expanding production. The dividend model is over for Spyglass... Kherson

Lot of companies have already announced Div. I have not seen announcement from SGL. Normally they are the first one. They usually pay one to two day before most. The delay could mean no div or cut ...more

CDN Dollar

plus the 88 cent CDN dollar gives them a good boost when they convert US dollar back to CDN...a nice cold winter will help too

no need to cut div - they already did that - and cut all in payout ratio to 75% and have good hedging in place - so they can handle this wacky spot oil trading

I believe that SGL should now cancel the dividend until the price of oil stablizes. If the price of oil drops to less than 70 bucks a barrel, then SGL will have to concentrate their Capital on their ...more

they have a good hedgebook so don't get why its being sold down so badly- don't see any div cut needed after last one and 75% all in payout ratio is great...good insider buying too
