Well, We cannot blame management for the current steep drop in Nasdaq leading to today's and yesterdays drop in IMV stock price.  But yes, we can blame them for poor (or no) IR. It appears ...more

VR Adviser filed Feb 12th. It is in EDGAR. Nasdaq also shows current institutional holdings for IMV - page 3 shows sold out positions.

The Venrock group files a consolidated 13f under VR Adviser LLC. If there was an internal transfer within the group it would still show a position in IMV - but it does not. Maybe got in for the COVID ...more
