This is the new board appointee that was mentioned owns 9% so because he's an insider now must be filed.  He owns 23 million common units thats a fair chunk he must be underwater 100m+

Anyone know all the big owners?

NWVP and kolter group are at 9.x%.  Looks like indices, etfs etc and funds total own another 15%.  Wonder how many institutions own 5 to 10%. Hopefully they don't screw us little guys ...more

The dividend yield has gone up from 7.2 to 8.2% a full 100pts and minus 135m in market cap.  Seems a bit steep given no company data came out and reits stayed flatish as a group.  This is a ...more

No rebound for NWH

Literally was $5.00 on Friday and sunk every day to $4.34. CAD reit sector has been flat during this period.  Abslutely stunning 15% loss in 1 week
