I think for accumulation on the $41 million. Gramercy options don't expire for just less than 3 years from now, so no need to keep it down for that. Its the $41 million announcement

There is a surprising amount of selling pressure between .20 and 0.25. I can't imagine anyone would be selling on all of the recent news so why would "they" be trying to keep the price
