With SP AT $5.25 perhaps they would now need to offer $8.50 minimum and $10.50 max.

MPW is a big problem since it shares a 90% correlation for the last couple years and is a major short seller target i mean Hedgeeye has been going on and on about it, so unfortunately NWH gets lumped ...more

PDL bought a lot at $7 in July before strategic review, now hes down a lot and a dividend cut. Have to wonder how confident he was to do that but so far it has backfired.

Is there any valid reason to have Medical Properties Trust has a comparable, given that seems to have a tennant issue with 50m behind in payments. But still a diversiified healthcare REIT like NWH
