Not necessarily.....because if 1 company offers only 11 or 12 cents, whose to say that Tangelo doesn't pitch the sale to another company that may offer 15 cents, and then a small bidding war ...more

Fair market value? The company is getting bailed out. If somebody takes us out it will be for 11 or 12 cents if we're lucky. There will be a discount on the sale not fair market value.
