Correct but IMHL owned about 30million shares of GCO and the deal was that with the split IMHL would not get any GEMC's hence I believe GEMC will have only 70 million odd shares when it starts to ...more

GEM is somewhat of a wild card as it must go out and find some properties / opportunites that it can commercialize, etc. The upside is that at least it will have far fewer outstanding shares than GCO ...more

Halted but taking bids

I guess you learn something everyday. I thought when a stock was halted it was not possible to place a bid yet here we are with currently bids at .02. I guess those who are doing can always bail if it ...more
