'Nice' to see us hit $5 today.  I suspect sentiment will be positive towards office REITS in early 2024, now that those who wanted to bail out to get a tax loss will have done so.

We would still only be at $6 so yes I think that is not out of the question.   Same for Dream and TNT.. AP more like 10 percent as has recovered well already.

Should be a game changer for this to have a LARGE transaction get done.  Those 5.5-6% cap rates for the healthcare asset type is a reassonable buffer over the risk free rate of 3.8% or 3.10% in ...more

Thought pdls offer was a done deal.

Early September stated he and partners wanted the entire business. Unit price catered putting things in their favor to do a lowball 8 or 9 dollar offer.  Yet still nothing

In high $4's.   Strategic review should at minimum give it a small boost back to $6 if it addresses some of that high debt
