Yeah, Torc did well because the CPPIB backed them to the hilt - what does RPL have to back them? - Nothing but a proxie fight to see whose pockets can hold the most shareholder money. A reverse split

Reverse stock splits
The reason most rollbacks don't do well is the companies tend to be in terrible shape trading for pennies and barely hanging on. Solid companies especially Div payers tend to benefit from
