kelowna specifically said NO Bernard st.. the road Doja is on. Second cup has sooooo many locations that they have a good chance of being able to use current locations.

Yup, a bit late getting in the train here for Second Cup.  Far distance by the time they get sales license. Also, their existing locations may not be approved by municipalities. Like, too close ...more
