I just invested in BRZ for over 1 year since my NLC was bought out, due to Chile country issue. I more see the mergered company will be bought out by an Asian company, most likely a Chinese company ...more

It brought LPI with it, and we are attached to it.  TSX dropped at slower pace, so BRZ dropped slower. Now we have no premium over LPI, except for .02c and Demerge co. shares. It is hold for me ...more

The 0.7 exchange is fair and I would be surprised if it would change. As a result of dilution we will get reduction of our share, but it is fair too. After the merge, former BRZ will  owe LPI ...more
