Under normal circumstances you would have a point, but unfortunately in this market project equity is going for between 14 to 17% with leverage, and this IRR cannot be sustained or achieved with a $80 ...more

If you're fond of the $120/MWh pricing then you gotta believe the Grand Valley is a done deal. PPA with the OPA is inked for $110/MWh. Project is 30 MW. I think a deal can get done even with $80 ...more

There has been no deal signed.  No deal will be signed as NO organization will sign a deal unless BC Hydro amends or cancels the old EPA and issues a new or amended EPA with current pricing terms ...more

If you look back, all the default status reports have said this since the 5th one. The 5th, 6th, and  7th also had a date of the end of Feb, Not the end of March, as the last few have been. So ...more
