Essentilly ATD was buyiing more shares at that 30% premium Imentioned rate earlier and at the same time making money on the loan interest. They have FAF over a barrel imo, and now the shareholders ...more

Yes I agree ATD would likely move to take over FAF at these deflated prices if that is their plan, so shareholders might get a 30% premium as that seems to be the going norm. I'm not sure about HT ...more
