Management seems to be keeping the price low so they can dilute the shares at a lower price for the privileged few who get to participate in PP.

Perhaps you should look into who the new directors are and what credientials they have. Bill Shaver has spent his career developing mines and has been brought onboard for advancing the Pardo Project ...more
