Buy back does not work because the stock price is purely manipulated by short seller now. You probabaly can buy 100 thousands' share at the price less than 50 cents, but you cannot buy 8 millions&

So what might be the reasons for not applying for a NCIB? There has to be something restraining them and they certainly are not dumb, they do know how to look after themselves.

Continuing on with my discussion (Rant over no NCIB) As mentioned this summer, I have been looking at the steepest discount to PDD. Once again, winner is GXO. Now at ~18% of the PDP value

I thought was very positive exit Q4 at 39,500 debt is very much on the right track that means another 2 million payed back this Q will be nice to see some recompletions come on stream very curious

A share is a share regardless of ownership they carry equal value as a class A do you have any examples of inders receiving a higher price ? or are you covering shorts ?

What I suspect is that when a company is bought out and goes private is that the management and insiders receive a higher buyout price for their shares than the regular joe shareholder. So
