I agree with anothe poster who mentioned $6 target.. IMO there's very little resistance till that level as well.. I say we bust through it easily by years end when the DOE loan gets announced..

They're both winners.. LAC gets a needed partner with deep pockets.. cancels shareholder dilution and moves the project forward in a big way.. Love the deal in my books..!! ;-)
