Leasing Activity

Leasing activity has been increasing for the company. The number of vacant units listed on their website is now the lowest in a year and a half. This correlates with the increasing stock price.

I have been adding recently also, now my largest position. RBC estimates the NAVPS for end of 2022 at $395 per share, and increase this by 15 - 30 per year. I hope they start buying back shares again.

It's probably not possible to buy back because I'd guess there's virtually nothing on the ask. There is little bid so market maker can just keep it pinned in the 100-130 range forever ...more
