This is too good to be true for the Chin....s. There is a whole lot more to this deal than we are being told. Show me a buck 75 and I will not care, until then I do and my vote is No.

$1.18 too low for a "value optimization process" as management called it last year.
For the assest that NVS holds, and compared to other takeovers, this is very low takeover price. When all the analysts were singing the same tune of $1.20, my intuition tells me something

Both articles in the Wall Street Journal (just under 3100 boe/d) and Bloomberg (3452boe/d) has production for the company NVS at the lower end of the scale. WSJ production report
