The ratio was based on a 20 day (I think it was 20 day) weighted average. Nothing is stopping the share value of CHOOM to increase independent of the deal. Also there is nothing stopping

That ratio won't change depends...in most cases people will be looking for the edge which is leaning vida favour. However deal has weeks before closes and shares converted

The 0.082 is price they based deal on. Simple math is take your vida shares x 0.72566 and that's your amount of choom. big premium right now which is odd
