The company still hasn't responded as to

how much over $4.00 per share the offer was. So we have a reduction in the number of shares outstanding, an offer that was more than $4.00 and we are languishing around $3.73. Feels like management ...more

Yes, most of the shares will not be purchased. Approx. 23.4% of the tendered shares will be purchased, as per the company info released Feb 3. Sold some above $4.00, tendered some and will still have ...more

Remember $4.00 offer is Pro rated.

It will be interesting to see what the percentage of cash to shares will be. Me thinks a lot of shareholders will be getting their shares back . $90 mill. isn't a lot to go around.

Holding because long haul it should be fine and still a nice dividend. The managment of this company sure seems sketchy though. Not much makes sense. Will give it a chance with the spring run but ...more
