Acquisitions

Not sure I support the acquiring of 2 malls this year.   May backfire if we go into a recession.  They are better off using 200m to fund a SIB at $14.50 that's way more accretitive ...more

Pristine balance sheet and very little resistance now that it has broken $13.80. Looks like a run to $15.

Surprised about the rally here....maybe compared to antoher pure retail play like riocan its stil a tad cheap t hough its  obviously not riocan
