My thesis is this, they were $1 higher a few months ago ($7.60 july 24), all their loans are really shorter term in Nature. The bad loan they ran into is a first mortage, and it sounds like there is a ...more

I saw that all the mortages were first mortages on the building except 3 million dollars. Does anyone know if the buyout off was accepted by the lending group. Thanks IMHO
