I know it's only 8AM EST, but

how did someone just sell 100 shares at $4.20? That immediately dropped the B/A to $3.55/$4.20.

I agree, but you have to think at the very minimum HUGE would have kept the 130million share offer.  They were comfortable giving up a certain percentage of the company based on the 130million ...more
