I think so barring any appeals to the state. Idaho wants jobs and the revenue from nat gas production so it will happen. I will try and contact the company in the next couple of days to find out what

I thought they already voted for a conditional permit and it passed, 6-1? Is this vote tomorrow to possibly revoke the conditional permit if BUK hasn't met the conditions below

Gasman, Bridge has always kept it's stockholders in the dark when it came to Durango, Ed's decision to sell their reseves for a mere $8mil was even worse than GW Bush going at war with Iraq
