Consistent Garbage

Atleast this stock is consistent. Nice 52 week lows. Garbage year after year there is NO hope. Pump all you want. It is what it is and that is GARBAGE.

Some traders

...might orchestrate a pump and dump prior to the consolidation... that can happen with these penny stocks. When the price is this low the temptation is just too great to resist.
