The Bernard family bought 242,000 shares last week (between Oct23 and Oct27) I got the info from the Canadian Insider website. Does anybody know how many shares the Bernard family owns/controls?

The Bernard family bought 98,500 shares last week mostly at 12 and 13 cents. It is not a question of why they are buying but why people are selling this at 12 and 13 cents.
